Victoria was born and raised in the Bay Area. Later, she moved to San Diego where she graduated from San Diego State University. She has lived in six different cities before moving back to San Diego and meeting her husband Eric, a Scottdale native. They moved back to Arizona in 2019 before the birth of their first daughter. Today, Victoria and Eric have two beautiful daughters, Scarlett and Savannah, who never fail to keep mom and dad on their toes.
Victoria’s dad being a chiropractor is what inspired her holistic approach to health. When Victoria isn’t working at Fusion IV, she loves to work out, be outdoors, go camping, wake surf on the lake, and spend time with her family and friends.

Eric is a Navy veteran who was born and raised in Scottsdale. He has two amazing daughters, Scarlett and Savannah, who have given him his title of ‘father’—the one he’s most proud of.
From wake surfing to bow hunting to spending countless hours on their family boat, Eric loves everything outdoors and anything else that involves friends, family, and good times.
Nursing Director.
Hometown: Eastern Washington
Bettyjean is a seasoned medical professional with over 25 years’ experience in the nursing field. She began her career as a combat medic while serving eight years in the U.S. Army. After achieving her registered nursing degree, Bettyjean worked in many areas, including labor and delivery, the emergency room, interventional radiology and, for the last 14 years, various operating rooms where her duties ranged from perioperative RN, infection control nurse, materials management, charge nurse, and nursing director. Bettyjean has organized, started, and achieved accreditation for six surgery centers in the Greater Seattle area.
Born and raised in rural eastern Washington, Bettyjean excelled in several high school and collegiate sports and loved hunting and fishing. She is the proud mother of four fabulous adult children, a sports fan, and an avid golfer while enjoying the Arizona sunshine.
Medical Director
Dr. Farhan Taghizadeh graduated from Yale University in 1994 before completing his Doctor of Medicine at Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. He completed his General Surgery Internship and his Otolaryngology Residency at the University of Rochester, followed by a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Inselspital, University of Bern in Switzerland.
Taghizadeh is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a frequent guest lecturer at The Aesthetics Show in Las Vegas, the American Society for Laser Medicine, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. As well as being an expert facial-plastic surgeon, having completed over 4,000 facelifts, Taghizadeh is also a well-known laser expert and is consulted in the development of new treatments.
In his downtime, Dr. Taghizadeh is an avid hiker, enjoys spending time with his family, and can always be found researching the newest and most innovative surgical techniques.
